Dmitry Dolgorukov is the co-founder of HES, LLC. With a background of technological entrepreneurship, Dmitry is also an investor with over 15 years of executive experience in software development and fintech.
Prior to HES, Dmitry was the Director of Marketing and then the VP of Sales at Itransition Group Ltd - a global software development and consulting company in the U.S. There Dmitry established all processes and procedures for the marketing department from the ground up, developed a new $MM revenue stream and exceeded previous revenue goals by 25-40%. Dmitry holds a Professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (London, UK) and an MA in International Economics from the State Economic University (Minsk, Belarus).
Dmitry has a future-focused vision for the incorporation of new technologies in the fintech sphere. His professional focus lies in financial services and solutions, machine learning and AI, start-up business development, blockchain and online lending. Additionally, Dmitry is a regular speaker at fintech events and conferences such as MoneyLive Summit, Paris Fintech Forum, BankIT, and others.
In 2018, Dmitry was ranked as one of the top 200 Fintech leaders in Europe who contribute to the industry as influencers through action. In 2019, Dmitry was ranked as one of the most influential AI leaders in Eastern Europe.
Ivan Kovalenko, COO
Ivan Kovalenko is the co-founder of HES, LLC, a proven enterprise software executive who is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership, all R&D and technical operations related to the company’s financial solutions.
Ivan has over 10 years of experience leading and coordinating projects in companies with significant operating scale and complexity. Prior to HES, Ivan was the Head of Corporate Solutions Development and then the Head of CRM and Financial Software Development at Itransition Group Ltd.
Ivan holds an MSc degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Belarusian State University, an MSc in Computer Engineering from Universität Mannheim (Germany), and an MBA in Business Administration from Belarusian State University.
Ivan’s responsible attitude and deep industry expertise offer HES clients and partners a productive and informative exchange of ideas with outstanding results.
Dmitry Lushchinsky, Head of Development
Dmitry leads the Software Development and the DBA team, ensuring that departmental and business objectives are achieved. Dmitry is responsible for key technology decisions and architectural direction of the software, in addition to presenting and discussing the architecture of the end solution with customers.
Dmitry has a proven 9-year track record as a software developer, architect and project manager in the technology industry. Prior to joining HES, Dmitry was a software developer and technical lead for the Salesforce development team at Itransition Group Ltd, a company focusing on development, customization and integration of complex enterprise-level solutions. While working for Itransition, Dmitry participated in and/or managed a significant number of projects with teams of up to 100 people.
Dmitry’s professional focus lies in software development and architecture, Java, Salesforce, Agile methodology, business analysis, mobile payments, online payments, and credit card transaction processing. Dmitry holds an MSc degree in Mathematical and Software Support of Computers and Computing Systems at Belarusian State University.
Maria Nemogai, Sales Director
Maria Nemogai is a Sales Director at HES Minsk R&D headquarters, where she leads customer communication, initial requirement capture, contract negotiation and project account management.
She graduated from Belarusian State Economic University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Logistics. Her professional interests include international business, sales, translation and cross-cultural adaptation, marketing and project management.
Maria was a Demand Planning and Product Manager at LG Electronics from 2010 to 2014 before taking on her position with HES. Having worked with Global LG ERP, she assisted with estimating demand and supply of consumer electronics for Belarus and Moldova.
After joining HES, Maria has been involved in conducting negotiations, planning business development strategies, participating in and speaking at industry events, and coordinating HES's ongoing communication with its existing and potential customers. She brings her balanced perspective and strong commitment to every project she is involved with.
